The questions we get asked.
If yours is not here, the contact form is the fastest way to ask it.
- How long does it take to get a quote?
- Under 48 hours. It is written by the people who would build the project, not by a salesperson sending back a standard rate card. Three lines describing your project in the contact form is enough to start.
- Who actually works on my project?
- There are three of us, and the same people scope the work, build it and stay with you after launch. There is no subcontractor in the middle: the person who wrote the code is the one who shows you how to use it.
- What do I get at the end?
- A product in production, not a mockup. That includes the parts nobody sees and which separate a demo from a service that runs: security, abuse limits, payments and integrations, hosting, environments, migrations and backups.
- How much does a project cost?
- There is no rate card: every project is quoted from its specifications, because the same feature does not cost the same depending on what it has to survive. For an order of magnitude, a fantasy assistant — a fine-tuned model and the application built around it — came to €40,000–50,000 of engineering, with no brand identity or growth work included.
- How does billing work?
- By quote, drawn from the specifications. We publish neither packages nor a day rate, for the same reason there is no rate card. After launch, a monthly retainer covers major maintenance and analysis: the upgrades that cannot wait, the fixes that go deep, and reading what your users actually do.
- Do you work remotely?
- Yes. We work remotely with clients across Europe and in Morocco, and you speak directly to the people writing the code, with no intermediary and no chain of hand-offs. The site is published in French and English, and we answer in both.
- How do I reach you?
- Through the contact form, which is the only address published on this site. It reaches us directly and one of the three of us answers. Nothing is stored beyond the message you write.
